Specialist tiling
Porcelain and ceramic, carefully planned and precisely installed. From the first line to the final joint.

The ONYX approach
Good tiling starts with the details
A great tiled finish starts long before the first tile is fixed. We assess the substrate, plan the setting out and consider how each wall and floor meets the rest of the room.
Working with porcelain, ceramic and large format tiles, we focus on balanced cuts, aligned grout joints and the right preparation for the surface. Mitred edges and colour matched resin finishes bring a clean, considered finish to corners, niches and exposed details.
From a single bathroom to a full ground floor, development or commercial interior, we carry out specialist tiling across Yorkshire with the same care at every stage.

Details that define
the finish.

Can you tile an existing floor?
Sometimes, but the existing surface needs assessing first. We need to understand its condition, movement, moisture and how another layer would affect doors and adjoining floors. A photograph is useful for an initial conversation, but cannot replace checking the substrate.
When should we choose the grout and edge details?
Before installation begins. Grout colour, joint width, trims or mitred corners all affect the finished appearance. Looking at a sample alongside the actual tile helps make those decisions together.
Do you work with tiles we have already chosen?
Send the tile name, size, supplier and planned areas with your enquiry. We can discuss the installation requirements and any details to check before you place the final order.
