Commercial & development
Specialist installation for designers, developers and main contractors, with clear communication throughout.

The ONYX approach
Consistent work. Clear coordination.
Larger tiling packages need considered preparation and a clear understanding of the programme. We work with developers, interior designers and main contractors on bathrooms, floors and specialist interior finishes.
We discuss the specification, sequence and readiness of each area so the work can be coordinated with other trades. Consistent setting out and finishing details matter across multiple rooms just as much as they do in a single space.
If you have drawings, a specification or a programme to discuss, send them through and we can look at the scope together.

Details that define
the finish.

What do you need to review a tiling package?
Drawings, a material specification, approximate quantities, the site location and proposed programme are useful. Include any requirements for samples, detailing, access and coordination with other trades.
Can you work from an interior designer’s specification?
Yes. We can review the proposed materials and details alongside the site conditions, then discuss installation requirements and any decisions that need resolving before work starts.
Do you cover both bathrooms and larger floor areas?
Our work includes bathrooms, wall and floor tiling and specialist finishes. Send the scope of your development or commercial project so we can discuss the package as a whole.
