Can we send a package before every tile has been selected?
Yes. Identify which finishes and quantities are provisional, and what you need priced. We can discuss the installation scope and the details that will need confirming once the specification is settled.
What should we include with an enquiry?
Plans or elevations, a finish schedule if available, the site location, the areas to be tiled and your proposed programme. Note any tender return date, access restrictions or work by others that affects the installation.
Do you work alongside designers and other trades?
Yes. Share the specification and the people involved so we can discuss setting out, junctions, preparation and the sequence of work together.
How are preparation and finishing details priced?
The quotation should make its scope clear. Identify requirements such as levelling, boarding, waterproofing, membranes, niches, mitres and trims so they can be included or identified separately, as appropriate to the package.
